Jason is a very strong leader. He doesn’t sit on his butt and just give orders. He actually is hands on and very active during his event. The best thing about him is that he can identify when you are struggling and assist you and make sure you are on the right path. And he will not belittle you just because you don’t know what you need to know. He will make time for you to have on the job training until you figure it out. But don’t take his kindness for granted. He will put a boot in your butt if you slack off or become lazy. The world needs more leaders like Jason.

Jason was a joy to work with at Krystal 93. He was a very professional coworker and I enjoyed listening to his on air shifts. Jason was very well educated in broadcasting when he came to Krystal, so my training of him was mostly on specifics of the station. He picked everything up extremely quickly and was always an enthusiastic, hard worker. Jason's dedication, professionalism, and wit will make him an asset to any team!
