I have worked at WikiFX Co., LTD, as a Marketing Supervisor position for WikiFX APP (Forex market) and WikiBit APP (Crypto market). I had a chance to manage a team of 3 staff, I took a leading role in content marketing, online ads marketing, creativity, APP marketing strategies, budget control, in-house training as well as basic investment skills in the Forex and Crypto markets.- Build brand awareness through various social media platforms suitable for APP, until the increase in usage (DAU) by Thai users.- Plan every step and use online and offline activities to create events. Increase the data of APP and website, but each activity is aimed at different user goals and data results.- Find suitable partners and KOL to maximize product effectiveness and stay within budget limits.- Explore the needs of the market, users, and competitors to create a brand advantage and make the WikiFX brand be number 1 brand in Thailand.- Manage the content, visual effects, and attractiveness of all WikiFX brand social media platforms to grow and stay within a good range.- Analyze user requirements together with the product department to develop an APP to meet user needs. And benefit the brand’s partners- Use google analytics and App flyer to analyze user habits and platform issues.
