I was building up an Internship program called beIN. We started this program in 2016 and at the moment Thermo Fisher Scientific employs around 90 students. In 2019, the company was recognized as The Most Popular Employer among students in South-Moravian Region. My position consisted of complex management of the whole program. I was in charge of internal and external communication, promotion and cooperation with the universities.
