The job role dealt with the design and production of machines for PCB industry. Customization of the machines to meet individual client requirements made the job more challenging. I've worked on various projects such as automatic and manual laminators, cover sheet remover, PCB conveyors and buffers etc. The design and analysis were performed using Autodesk software package. I had also performed various tests with pressure mapping sensors to ensure good performance of the machines. Creating part and assembly drawings, respecting the tolerances and standards for production was a daily task. Tasks such as creating and updating BOM in SAP, Pneumatic and Hydraulic diagram generation, Rendering of prototype machines were also part of the job role. Show less
