Jitesh is truly a once in a generation type of employee. I have been lucky enough to be his Director at Zendesk, where he overseas GTM F&S for our entire EMEA region. Jitesh has continually impressed me with his ability to build relationships, turn large datasets into simple stories, and understand all the downstream impacts to his decisions. It’s rare to find a finance professional who so deeply understands the full GTM motion within SaaS. It also wouldn’t feel right to talk about Jitesh without acknowledging his zest for learning. I’ve never in my life met anyone who enjoys learning like he does, which without a doubt contributes to his success. An example of this was Zendesk’s Ukrainian relief project. I tasked Jitesh with owning the full scope of this project, including the recommendation to leadership and execution. Not only did he complete the project with little direction, but he cross collaborated with nearly every team at Zendesk to understand the impact of his recommendation. While making these connections his desire for learning caused him to not only inquire about this project, but to leverage the opportunity to better understand the daily workflows of other teams across the company, deepening his GTM knowledge. I’ve been honored to work with Jitesh throughout the last year. Not only is his work impressive, but he’s coachable, humble, and consistently brings a positive attitude to our team. Our team would feel a mighty impact if we ever lost Jitesh.
