I had the pleasure to work with Jiten when he was at the Gisborne District Council (initially as part of the same team but in different projects, finally reporting directly to me in his last assignment before he left us). Jiten takes full ownership of whatever tasks he is assigned to, being able to work autonomously with little or no supervision required. He is specially proficient during requirements gathering and process mapping, which together with his natural empathy and "approachness", makes the analysis phase of any project very easy for business users. He is always open to consider new ways of doing things, and keen to put them in practice in his own daily routines. As an example, for his last project here at the Council, we decided to implement a kind of Agile/Kanban methodology. He adapted seamlessly (and enjoy it!). In summary, Jiten is a proactive professional who would make a great addition to any team. I would highly recommend him as the "BA to go" for any project, as he naturally rises to the occasion when presented with something he is passionate about.
