He always thrives to learn new things, reading and conversing with peers in free time to gain knowledge. One of the things I have learned from him is ‘make mistakes and move on, that’s the way to improve yourself’. Jitendra is very much capable of multitasking, handling his fulltime job and business side by side. Another thing I admire about him is that he empowers his colleagues and works hard to make the team better. Lastly he has a great sense of humour that may be overlooked sometimes.
