Checking and analyzing the prices for the materials and the availability of products with our potential suppliers through Internet and from other reliable sources for quoting the best prices to the clients on their inquiries and quotations. 3. Preparing Price Comparison sheet to analyze and identify the various prices, quality and other dimensions of the products quoted by various suppliers to see its suitability according to the requirements of the clients and quoting online quotations. 4. Preparing the Purchase Request and Purchase Orders for the procurements of the materials and products in order to supply the same to the clients according to their requirements. 5. To arrange and organize all the requirements for the shipping of the materials from the place of its origin to the site of the clients and providing all Logistic support for the shipment of the merchandise. 6. Entering all the suppliers invoices in the System and controlling the Payables and suppliers request for payment. 7. Supporting and assisting the Head of Procurement for the day to day operations. 8. Market research and analysis of the material price in the local and international markets. 9. Negotiating with the suppliers and vendors based on the competitive quotations received from the multiple suppliers in order to get competitive price and better payment terms. 10. Maintain and arrange the approved vendors list and update it from time to time and provide all the required information to the Procurement Manger as and when required.
