I have known Jiri since 1998. He was working in my team 10 years, during which he grew up to the position of Sales Director Iveco Czech Rep. for all ranges of LCV and Trucks. His decision taking was always based on solid knowledge of available data, market situation and client needs. He knew how to analyse risk, evaluate context and propose the most acceptable solution. Jiri has got excellent communication and presentation skills, which with his empathy allow him clearly communicate even unpleasant decisions that he could always support with logic analysis. His combination of thinking and business talent allows him to see and solve things in broad context. Since 2014, when Jiri managed Fraikin branch for CZ, I had the pleasure to cooperate with him as a representative of our VIP client. Jiřího znám od roku 1998. Deset let pracoval v mém týmu, kde se postupně posunul na pozici Sales Director Iveco ČR pro všechny řady LCV+NA. Jeho rozhodování bylo vždy založeno na znalosti dostupných dat, situace na trhu a potřeb zákazníka. Uměl analyzovat rizika, posoudit souvislosti a navrhnout nejpřijatelnější řešení. Má vynikající komunikační a prezentační dovednosti, které ve spojení s jeho schopností vnímat reakci okolí mu umožňovalo jasně komunikovat i nepříjemná rozhodnutí, která byl schopen navíc vždy podložit logicky připravenou analýzou. Má obchodní myšlení spojené s obchodním nadáním, věci viděl a řešil v celkových souvislostech. Následně, od roku 2014, kdy vedl zastoupení nadnárodní společnosti Fraikin v ČR, jsem měl tu čest s ním spolupracovat jako se zástupcem našeho VIP klienta. Z mého pohledu výrazně rozvinul svou odolnost vůči stresu, schopnost zvládat složité situace, budovat, motivovat a vést svůj tým, definovat jasné priority a ty pak postupně uvádět v realitu. Své znalosti si výrazně rozšířil i v segmentu finančního řízení a financování. Jiří se rád učí novým věcem a nebojí se přijmout nové výzvy.
