Jiri is a great business leader, very knowledgeable about operations, engineering and Lean methodologies, EMS, he is also very passionate, astute in assessing business improvement needs and opportunities. He has very quickly created an engineering improvement roadmap, strengthened our engineering teams and then pushed forward with several important process improvement programmes, to drive sustained higher operational productivity and higher OEE. Jiri uses his personal charisma, humour and inherent confidence, plus his broad industry experience, to help lead, guide, coach and motivate his teams. He has also built up a network of extremely capable and trusted industry experts, that he can bring to many problems or improve any EMS business. I’m sure he will soon find he is COO of a world leading EMS.
