Jino was a can-do and will-do professional that demonstrated excellent discipline in adapting his engineering skills to help drive sales. I was impressed by his work ethic and ability to "hit the ground running" and learn things which were initially foreign to him. I would highly recommend him to new employers as he has all the foundations and hallmarks of a battle-tested and resilient professional. In this "new age" of economics, he is an engineer definitely worth investing in.
