+ Working as Leading Hand operations/setting up dewatering plants, maintenance and serving of gensets, pumps (submersible, centrifugal and bore pumps) etc. I have completed dredging/dewatering project for three Taswater site – St Marys, Fingal, Bothwell. Responsibilities in the Project for client: TasWater + Installation, maintenance and breakdown work associated with the dewatering infrastructure, stand-alone power generators and submersible pump assets and mechanical dewatering plant. + Operating cutter suction dredger and managing all aspects of the dredge, associated equipment, vessels and crew. + Carrying out scheduled dewatering Installations- Installation of submersible pumps and associated pipe work. + Responsible for reporting prestarts for every equipment, machinery & vehicle . + Responsible for identifying critical infrastructure spares and maintaining accurate inventory. + Handling highly mobile equipment to operate in mine tailings dams, industrial ponds and effluent ponds. + Providing operational feedback to managers and responsible for safe work practices thereby adhering to safety policies/ procedures at all times. + Adopting strategic approach by using tanker/tractor for unloading and spreading of removed sludge to assigned areas for disposal. + Ensuring wastewater quality is monitored and discharge criteria targets are met. + Taking the sludge samples every day and preparing reports on % of dryness in each sample. + Maintain day to day operations of site and planning the activities in such a manner that the overall working environment is safe and risk-free. + Visiting different Taswater site & preparing site survey reports on safety plan on setting up of dewatering plants along with quantity of sludge presences in the ponds. Done with site sludge Survey for the Taswater ponds in Fingal, Bothwell, Campania, Swansea, Deloraine, Legana, Westbury, Stieglitz etc

Prior to the lockdown, got a job within training services company, where I made bookings for one-on-one counselling and coaching, and group / classroom workshops focused on Employability Skills. I liaised with JobActive, DES organisations and Centrelink, as well as VET and VCAL providers. Despite the job ending because of the economic downturn and government restrictions, I made valuable contributions to the brand: - Applied confident English communication and interpersonal skills to conduct cold / warm calls - Inputted and updated data on Excel spreadsheets and MYOB client lists - Was able to generate close 5 individual counselling appointments per day - Integral role in the sale sign off of 6 workshop classes of 20 jobseeker clients from companies

Prior to making the decision to start a new life in Australia, I had built an accomplished professional career overseas that ensures I can make a smooth transition into a new role. My last role was for one of the world’s leading producers and suppliers of top-tier firefighting equipment, fire protection systems, fire alarms, security and safety engineering systems worldwide (over 100 countries). Previous role for company under the ASSENT Group of Companies- one of the largest Steel Fabrication and Erection Companies in the world. Servicing the high demand of steel-based products, I was recruited to contribute my expertise on major projects for the organisation, which included: - Helped team achieve deliverables for Abu Dhabi Airport Co.’s Midfield Terminal Building (MTB) - Lead consortium teams in delivery of miscellaneous secondary steel structure installation works - Led installation of 84 Pavilion galvanized steel lid beams for ceiling works, each having 10 beams (400 tons) - Led installation of trimmer beams below concrete floor to support other amenities (500 tons) - Led fabrication, painting & installation 50 lighting trays beams (12metre span) with civil columns (100 tons) - Led fabrication and installation of skylight GRG steel structural Support (2000 tons) - Led installation 5000 nos of galvanized u-shape door support, single door support for partitions (1000 tons) - Led 300 nos maintenance platform for HVAC - AHU's, 5 nos hanging maintenance platform (500 tons) - Overall responsibility in Quality Assurance of various company works - Supervised 50 team members including QC engineer, safety officer, foremen, fitter, rigger, welder, helper, etc

Previous role for Dubai-based metal engineering fabrication and installation company, where I played an integral role on client projects- I was in charge of investigating and finding out every technical constraint of the projects assigned, managing the workforce for each planned activity and ensuring that the overall project delivery to the client is highly ordered. Initially join company as a Production Engineer within their factory, where I was involved in the material ordering and material estimation for different projects along with monitoring & prioritizing fabrication of steel structure as per management /client demands. I was able to achieve the target of producing 6000 tons steel structure /month for various industrial/commercial projects. Then I got promoted to work on company’s major project for enterprise client- Abu Dhabi Airport MTB project (Project 4500T), where I handled clients, 10 project engineers 3 project managers. Other key milestones I achieved include: - Trusted Subject Matter Expert on miscellaneous second steel structure fabrication and installation works - Led allocation of resources and personnel across projects to meet deadlines, timelines and budgets - Central point of contact between construction consortium partners- AECOM, TAV, CCC, CSCEC and ARABTEC - Led planning of necessary material, tool and tackles for projects - Quality Assurance planning and monitoring for work
