I have been working with Rita for almost 3 years. She was the first one passed in her training period to an Account Manager over another 20 trainees in Manchester office, and got promoted to a Senior Account Manager and a Team Leader within 14 months. She is always competent, motivated, hard working and showing great communication, teamwork and attention to detail skills. She has been leading and supporting her team in leads generation and conducting consultations by her excellent industry knowledge and skillsets, especially in the pandemic period. I believe she could perform well in the future in the B2B industry, I would recommend her!

I managed Rita for nearly 3 years since she joined my team as an intern in 2018. Since then Rita grew and became a full time Account Manager and finished up her time as a Senior Account Manager supervising a team of Account Manager's under her. Her strengths in particular were her ability to interact with others, manage them and focus on their concerns which would put her in a good place for a future role in Business to Business work. Rita brought through several interns in her time and her team was organized and professional through some difficult and turbulent times most notably the Coronavirus pandemic where our who team played a huge part in maintaining the stability of the company.
