• Daily hygiene check of production to ensure the production is in the optimum cleanliness. • Carry out the outlets hygiene inspection as our company had more than 60 outlets around the island. • Performed monthly department audit checks at production areas and ensure the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Conduct internal food hygiene training to production staffs (e.g. Food Handling, Food Hygiene, GMP, etc.) • Responsible in the pest control program and work closely with pest control vendor to rectify the pest issues at factory / outlets. • Liaise with vendor to carry out air monitoring, Water & Ice, Product Testing (Microbiological, Chemical), Food Contact Surfaces, Hands Swabs, etc. • Assist in the maintenance of the Halal and ISO 22000 of company, handle documentations of food safety management system ISO22000.
