My key responsibilities include: • Manage and lead rigorous research initiatives, and develop scope of work with various clients • Identify key impact-related study questions based on theories of change and/or program logic models and conduct a priori power analyses to determine target sample size(s) for proposed research • Assist clients in specifying valid and reliable measures for key target outcomes • Design and administer the pre- and post- surveys and/or collect and use various administrative data • Oversee consolidation and quality control of large-scale data files from multiple sources • Conceptualize, develop, and execute appropriate research designs and analytic plans, as well as conduct advanced statistical analysis using SAS, R, and/or SPSS • Incorporate qualitative information (i.e., mixed methods) in various research initiatives to inform the interpretation of quantitative data and analysis findings, as well as to provide additional insights • Summarize and report study results, including presenting/disseminating key research findings to different stakeholders and varied audiences • Support a variety of organizations in securing funding for implementation and/or evaluation of their programs/initiatives, and develop work plans and budgets for proposed projects • Supervise junior staff members on data collection, cleaning, and analysis tasks • Provide updates in guidelines published by a variety of evidence review agencies
