I cannot measure Jin's contribution to my life by counting the promotions and perks. The value she added to my career with her inspirational guidance is actually priceless. Her passion, integrity, positive attitude and leadership by example made her an excellent coach which was all delivered by exceptional listening and communication skills. I was privy to watch her adapt her approach to send the same message to large team across South Asia who's first language was not English. She instilled confidence in her team that she was loyal to them and always available. I was humbled to work with her and be apart of her team.

I lost count the number of times I benefited from Jin's work, words and wisdom. Jin is a kind, nurturing leader, and a detailed, meticulous team player. She inspires others through her own action, and have an affinity with people that only a handful are so gifted. Even in the most unpleasant kind of circumstance, Jin always delivered, simplified matters and discover new perspectives to solve a problem.
