Jim joined Flexiant in 2012 about the same time that I did. Flexiant was largely unknown at the time. Having worked with Jim many years previously I was keen to see what impact he would make. He quickly established himself as one of the drivers behind the transformation of Flexiant's market position and marketing capability. Within one year we had rebranded, built a team of experts, introduced marketing technology and a fit for purpose web presence, built a content creation engine and a social media presence.
