I had the opportunity to work with Jim fir several years, as my organization was a sponsor of the Syracuse Crunch. Jim is a person of great integrity. He listens to the client to ensure he understands their needs and then he works closely with the client to deliver on his promises. Jim is upbeat and engaging and very personable. He understands his business and represents the Crunch organization extremely well.

Jim is a wonderful, engaging personality that puts you at ease when you work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about his line of work and I find him to be a sharp businessman. Jim is very reliable and quick to respond to business needs. It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated client, who whole heartily respects the sales process and the business relationship.
