We're a small team at SP, meaning I get to be involved with a huge range of tasks - as well as really getting to oversee campaigns from the top down.At the moment, I co-lead the strategisation and management of all our social channels with my colleague Ana. This involves leading on design, collaborating on copy and scheduling all of our organic social channels (Facebook page, Facebook groups, Eventbrite, Twitter and Instagram), our monthly newsletter, our email marketing (through a combination of Campaign Monitor and our own mailer system), our blog-posts (ensuring these are SEO-optimized), our daily bulletin emails and Meta ads. I also lead on all of our reporting, which I completely overhauled in Q4 2021 to include implementing an effective use of UTM tags to gain an understanding of traffic demographics and conversion rates per individual campaign (utilizing Google Analytics, bit.ly and bli.nk) as well as reporting on user engagement and funnels. That's the primary purpose of my role, however, I also provide a lot of insight into the shape of our website, our campaigns and what we're doing (our competition, our events and the way our website functions for users.)

I've just come on board with Future of Film - I'll be looking after improving our digital marketing for Future Of Film Incubator, Future of Film Podcast. As well as, generally, assisting our community to grow. I've been a freelance videographer for some time - post-COVID I haven't had myself many projects but previously I've worked for artists as large as SIGMA and as small as Norwich-based drag artists doing events documentation, primary schools doing educational videos to ease parent's anxiety in the pandemic to beauty tutorials for makeup brands. Getting the role as Videographer for uea(su) was a pivotal aspect of my career. Sitting in the Digital Marketing and Strategic Communications team, I filmed and edited a variety of videos spanning from events documentation to promote the union's commercial services, educational content to raise awareness of the ongoing campaigns and explainers of the unions bye-laws. Sitting on the Strat Comms team enabled me to learn a lot about the processes of Digital Marketing, understanding how to reach the membership basis effectively.
