      • Under the Bureau of Asset Management, manage a team overseeing the budget, procurement, and accounts payable activities for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Invoices are uploaded to the platform to initiate the approval workflow which occurs digitally. This has led to transparency on the status of each invoice package and has expeditated the average time to process an invoice for payment. • Tasked with the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all County agencies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This collaborative initiative began with the surveying of all County agencies for their PPE needs. The quantities identified per item were included in competitive bid solicitations. Spearheaded the logistical distribution model of the supplies from the warehouse to the facilities to the hands of our agencies. The Bureau was allocated $10 million in Coronavirus Relief Funding to plan for the safe reentry into our facilities. Applied for the funding in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Treasury. Enacted procurements and monitored expenditures leading to the submission of all invoices to the Treasury.
