CycleBar is a boutique fitness studio that focuses on indoor cycling. My role as an instructor is to create a positive and encouraging environment that inspires movement. The role is not simply to instruct but it's to invest in our members on and off the bike. People come to our studio for a good work out but also to take a break mentally from the rigors of life. I see my role as one of teacher, mentor and friend. https://www.cyclebar.com/about-us CycleBar is a boutique fitness studio that focuses on indoor cycling. TAKL was an app that allowed users to find people that could do work in and around the home. We had hundreds of "jobs" on the platform and thousands of "providers" across the country. We were doing hundreds of jobs a day ranging from simply taking out the trash, to hanging a TV or mowing the lawn. My job at the company was in Business Development. Our team was tasked to finding business partners needing an affordable workforce option. One good example, we had a contract with a company that manufactured defibrillators. We supplied them a workforce that would hang those defibrillators all across the country in Home Depot stores. We had contracts pending with Target (furniture installation) and other national brands. Unfortunately, the company closed during the pandemic and all 130 employees were laid off. Show less

In my 30 year career with BMG, SonyBMG and Sony Music Entertainment, the last 17 years were leading the sales, marketing and promotion teams at various times. In these roles, I honed my skills as a leader, motivator, team builder and music executive. I had the honor to be part of teams that helped promote the careers of Casting Crowns, Third Day, Michael W Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Zach Williams and countless others. As a sales executive, my role included forecasting, budgeting, goal setting and team leading. We saw the pinnacle of the CD boom during this time and then helped usher in a new business model as music consumption turned from ownership to access. Multiple years, we were the market leader in terms of revenue. Show less
