I recruited and managed James for three years whilst he was a campaign executive and campaign manager at Alchemy Worx. I worked with over 35 campaign managers during this time and without doubt James was one of the best. His communication, organisation and project management skills are simply outstanding. He always hit client deadlines, despite working under some really challenging timelines with quality never being compromised - his attention to detail was second to none. James is also a great team player, mentoring and supporting new team members to his client accounts, as well as developing excellent relationships and working collaboratively across the whole company to get campaigns and projects completed on time, to the clients satisfaction each and every time.
