      The main objective of a Technical Project Manager is to administer, coordinate and implement project to meets users requirement to support business advancement. Administer: A TPM has to able keep track project based on System development Lifecycle (SDLC) of danamon. This methodology is essential to unsure that every system, change request, or enhancement which will be implemented must be robust able to withstand any issue with business advancement in the future by review and testing every detail of changes and documentation before moving to production. Coordinate: Danamon’s has vast variety division of IT (network, firewall, security policy, compliance, data center, tech support, quality management, release management, etc) which is related to each other. Coordinating between those nodes are critical, TPM is responsible to deal Service Level Agreement (SLA), Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and control the rhythm of each related division to reach the same goal of completing as expected timelines. Implement: There are 2 subject of implementation; one is project implementation second is Business As Usual (BAU) change request. Project implementation is the final phase from series of the project before implementation TPM has to double check nearly ± 50 documents been created from initial phase then will be challenge by a committee called Change Control Board (CCB - this committee members are TPMs, Managers, Senior Managers of all other IT division) when this committee reaches verdict of ok for implementation. Then this project is considered worth use by users. On the other hand BAU change request is a TPM daily basis responsibility to fix and enhance to keep the application adaptable to business improvement, every changes are done through series of documentation and testing from SIT, UAT, until production. it can be consider to be low to high risk, When this improvement hits high risk it must be challenge by CCB members again before implementation.
