Jim Lewis is an incredibly talented and hard working network administrator. I've never worked at a company where the servers work better and the network has less problems than my current one, all thanks to Jim. We have thrown major problems at him, such as relocating an entire data center from one location to another and weird problems caused by the complicated software we create and he didn't even break a sweat. I have emailed him problems late at night, expecting a solution the next day and frequently he has replied right then and almost always it is solved before I get to work (perhaps even before I wake up). It is a pleasure to work with someone who knows his craft and to never have to worry about our network going down or customers experiencing an outage.
