Jimmy began his career at PGT Industries in 2005 as a leader. He was assigned an underperforming team who worked in the field installing sunrooms. This project included partnering with engineering, setting up BOMs, creating manufacturing processes, establishing quality checks and balances, designing the production flow, and training a team on a brand new product completely different than anything ever manufactured by the company. In fact, units produced by his team have been installed in some of the strongest and most beautiful high rises in the United States, including the 1450 Brickell building located in Miami, FL.
