  In this role, I managed a team of Edit Assistants, providing 24/7 post-production support at the BT Sport broadcast facility in Stratford, East London. I was responsible for project planning with clients, while ensuring the effective operation of the Avid systems, alongside other editing platforms and workflows that support the complex requirements of our main client BT Sport. We also work with a number of third parties including ITV, Channel 4, Sunset + Vine and Whisper Films.

  I took on a full time role with Timeline having worked for them in a freelance capacity between August 2011 and March 2012. In this role I worked in a variety of area's to develop my broadcast experience. Work included:- Edit Assisting at Timeline Ealing and Timeline Soho. Clients included Downton Abbey, Sky Sports F1 and BBC Sport. I helped support editors working on Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Premiere and EVS IP Director. - Assisting on the BT Sport build project. I was given the responsibility of keeping track of the technical equipment associated with the BT Sport setup at the Olympic Park. In this time I helped rig, configure and test kit on a live building site.- Basic MCR duties. Line records via Fibre and Satellite. This sometimes required frame rate conversions and feeds were captured in a variety of ways (tape, KiPro and Avid).- Goals Exchange at IMG. I worked in conjuction with an Assistant Producer to clip up highlights packages for Football League fixtures using an EVS LSM.- Outside Broadcast rigging. I assisted the set up of EVS equipment at high profile events such as Wimbledon and the Golf Open 2012. - Timeline North build project. I assisted the set up of Timeline North in Salford Quays.- Graphics work at Racing UK. I was trained to apply graphics to live horse racing footage at Racing UK. Show less
