      Supporting the IT operations of Legends Hospitality at all 38 LiveNation Venues across the nation. This support ranges from onsite operational support by troubleshooting broken equipment, training of employees on new information systems, and testing new features at pilot locations. Additionally, I will support other teams such as the Analytics department by guiding them to data they need as well as interpreting that data when there is a lack onsite operational knowledge by the analytics team. With this onsite knowledge I also help to guide the strategy behind future decisions through weekly meetings with our client, LiveNation, and Point of Sale system creators, Appetize.
