We have been extremely pleased to have Jimmy with us and were sorry to see him go. During his time with Casa Guatemala, Jimmy was an integral part of the volunteer team and a leading example for the other volunteers. During his three months at Casa Guatemala, Jimmy was very helpful in the supervision of the group of younger boys in the after school hours and on the weekends. He also worked as the physical education teacher for the pre-kinder through grade six classes during summer school, and was always searching for new methods and alternatives to make classes fun and active for the children. Jimmy often led the different weekend activities and was always happy and willing to help out when and where needed. Having Jimmy with us was an invaluable asset for both the organization of Casa Guatemala and more importantly for the care and education of the children. We are happy to recommend Jimmy for any position he seeks in the future and wish his the best in all of his future endeavors.
