• Research and source old and new parts from multiple vendors and suppliers to maximize turnaround time while also reducing costs as much as possible. Balancing the desire to get parts in same day or next with the costs of doing so and working with management on a job to job basis to determine where that line is! • Planning commonly used stock parts in appropriate quantities and working with purchasing to setup a min/max system based on data pulled from our new ERP system. • Started as a Repair Tech I, where I would troubleshoot and repair industrial electronics equipment including PLCs, drives, HMIs, etc. Testing using Huntron, variable AC and DC power supplies, DMMs, and various test fixtures, motors, and up to 680VAC Board and component level repairs with nearly every unit as well as software troubleshooting and repair with numerous operating systems and feature sets.
