Jimmie has a since of professionalism and a need for perfection that is like no other. I was responsible for all installation and project management for all commercial AV projects. I provided installation quotes for all sales proposals and schedule all installs with end user. I supervised one full-time installer and hired sub-contractors as-needed. I took over coordination with the end user from the time the installation was scheduled and maintained communication throughout the project, including final phase training at the completion of each project.
