During this time, I also owned and ran the Boston Junior Terriers, a high-level amateur hockey club that had 14 teams associated with it. •As the developer, I was responsible for a $4,500,000 construction budget and managed all aspects of constructing the facility. •The Sportsplex is a 75,000 square foot sports facility.   •Allcom was acquired by GE Capital in 1997. •After the acquisition, I integrated five other acquired companies into the G.E. fold. These companies included Connolly Data Systems of Lowell, a systems integration company, Technimat, out of New Jersey, a systems integration company, and Network Control Systems out of Albany, an installation company. •The combined revenues of the companies exceeded $40,000,000 •I also identified companies as potential acquisition targets for G.E., made initial contact, and began the due diligence process on these companies. •I had ultimate responsibility for the P&L of the installation division.
