Jim is a great leader – one that I’ve had the pleasure of working for several times in my career. I first met Jim when I applied to be one of his HR Consultants on an interim basis. It was my first time as a consultant, and while working for him in that capacity, he worked endlessly to help me develop into the HR professional I am today. In addition to helping me learn that role, he had created a respectful environment for the whole team where learning and continuing education were standard. We could share ideas in a safe environment where we could then decide the best course of action for the team and the business. What makes him a great leader is he genuinely cares about the individuals on his team. He is constantly giving his team the support and respect his team deserves while serving the best interests of the business. He took the time to get to know me and the team, and on a regular basis our team celebrated our individual and team successes while providing feedback on working through our challenges. We worked as a team to accomplish our very demanding goals, which we always met. Not long after that interim opportunity Jim became a senior leader in the recruiting department that I was in, and I was so excited to be working once again with such a great leader. It was awesome to see Jim take what he knew about building respectful and successful teams and scale it to a larger team. While I did not report directly to him, he still carved out time to continue to get to know me. Jim is a great person and a great leader, and I know he will continue to be successful in whatever his next role is. I have the utmost respect for Jim and I would work for Jim again in a heartbeat.

Jim is a forward thinking leader and business partner that provides solid guidance and recommendations through organizational realignment. He was my main sounding board for my organizational design and change management implementation. I relied on his expertise and problem solving skills to expedite organizational changes for our multi channel integration. Great asset to the organization as well as a really good guy to know.
