Ernest is a very self-motivated and hard worker. He consistently complete multiple complex projects on time and without errors. He is very knowledgeable with routers, switches, servers, and telecom equipment and has many years of hands-on experience working with them. He proactively resolves major outages in a professional manner and according to the ITIL process. He has shown very strong desire to achieve our data center's goals and follow the company's directives. He was also very effective in supervising other data center staffs. I worked with Ernesto for over 10 years in Chicago until I relocated. I was a newcomer to the IT and datacenter field and Ernest was instumental in helping me learn the business. He is a thorough professional. He has experience in both comms and systems. Ernesto was the lead tech for many of the complex comms and systems upgrades at the Chicago data center. Chicago was one of the largest and most important datacenters for Thomson Reuters. His attention to detail and work ethic would make him a valuable addition to any technical team.
