I have worked with Jimena Clarke in the School of Earth Sciences, University of Melbourne. Jimena worked as an academic support officer. Jimena gave an outstanding level of support to the lecturing staff. She quickly mastered all of the complex administrative systems of the university and was always able to rapidly complete tasks that were asked of her. She went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions in order to help lecturing staff.
