Jim Williams is one of the hardest working and most effective communicators I have ever met. I have had the pleasure of working with Jim for a few years now and he never ceases to amaze me with his immense knowledge. He is passionate about learning and it shows. He set up a training cadence and structure for our SouthWest area that took us from 46% New Hire Training completion (highest in the nation) to 100%! This shows his dedication to not just being number one in metrics, but his dedication to ensuring EVERY employee is trained, for their good and the good of the business. Jim cares about people.
