      Accent is a managed services provider with multiple customers in which we provided IT services for. I worked the Tier 2 Network Administrator position in which I was responsible for coming up with solutions not able to be resolved by either HelpDesk or Tier 1 Administrators. This was a challenging position due to the fact that every client environment came to us differently and this was something to really have to use my mind on.
