Initial task was to establish a monthly closing process to close the books on a monthly basis. Also, established monthly reporting to Senior Management and loan covenant compliance reporting. Integrated from a financial and accounting standpoint an acquisition of a UK based Company in 2006. Replaced Quick Books accounting software with Great Plains accounting software. We implemented Great Plains in 45 days. Established a Hong Kong based Company for our Asian operation Established bank accounts with Wells Fargo with accounts in the US and UK. In addition, established bank accounts in Hong Kong with Hang Seng. Implemented Softrax which is an order and billing software designed for software companies who have annual renewals and deferred revenue With Great Plains and Softrax, we bill customers in two currencies (USD and GBP) and keep books in 3 currencies (USD, GBP and HKD). This software enable prompt and accurate billing of our Customers and allowed us access to a wealth of data to enable our managers to make timely and data based decisions. Completed 7 annual audits with Deloite Touche with Unqualified Opinions. Provided information to Deloitte for year end tax return preparation. Provided in depth reporting with FRx (Great Plains reporting software), Crystal Reports and SQL query for Excel Took over all CFO duties when our CFO was promoted to President. Among these duties was the negotiation of all customer contracts, and vendor contracts and real estate leases. Prepared and provided nearly all of the due diligence information required by the Agreement to sell our Company in Nov 2012. Established 401k for our employees. Managed our insurance and health care coverage.
