For over 10 years I managed the day to day functions of making thousands of bagels and serving hundreds of customers. I managed two limited service hotels: 61 room AmericInn & Suites and a 58 room Days Inn & Suites. While managing the AmericInn for 2 years, I assisted in opening the Days Inn. While at those properties I was able to continually increase both the REVPAR and ADR in both on a consistent basis. I designed and presented our staff with customer service seminars and training sessions to increase customer retention. I was nominated for Property Manager of the Year by AmericInn International. The AmericInn was awarded "Property of the Year" by Minnesota Innkeepers association. The AmericInn also was awarded a property beautification award by the Faribault Chamber of Commerce. Show less
