Jim provides oversight to an organization of approximately 5,200 employees and 300 contractors performing break/fix activities on the existing transport, DXC, IP/Data, and Switch networks. Additional responsibilities include network installation/testing, data center operations, central office operations, and the Enterprise/Federal CPE Operation (EFCO) organizations for the domestic network in the South and West. These teams are responsible for the installation and commissioning of inside plant equipment and networks, customer transport services, and the installation and maintenance of Enterprise customer CPE, data and voice services. The organization’s mission is to transform the capability of our people and the network to achieve our primary goal of exceeding customer expectations, and improving Verizon’s profitability.
