      My Sales career with the Al Serra Auto Plaza began in September 1991 as a Sales consultant in the Chevy store. In the capacity of General Sales Manager, my top priorities include: Leading the development and growth of approximately 80 sales consultants and 26 sales and business (F&I) managers; Creating content, structuring and implementing bi-weekly General Sales Meetings (120 people attend); Recruitment of highly motivated and talented Sales Professionals; Interfacing with manufacturers, third-party resources and suppliers on key sales and marketing initiatives; Working with Sales managers in projecting and accomplishing sales targets; and overseeing various sales and marketing budgets and expenses.
