In conjunction with implementing an ISMS reviewed, revised and updated the Quality Management System (QMS ISO9001) to deliver efficiency through effective governance and the alignment of ISO9001 and ISO27001.

A project which was praised by the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) for delivering within the strict time, cost and quality constraints. The FASE project highlights were:- Management of all initial phases of the project, which involved constant collaboration and communication with multinational stakeholders. - Development of the project plan and schedule, defined scope, recruitment and training of a cross-functional team and manage of the deliverables. The project involved five subcontract suppliers to Kirintec in four countries.- Delivered systems and services to Afghanistan, the customer's expectations for time, cost, and quality were not only met by were exceeded.- Conducted change and improvement events to improve the quality, reduce cost and lead times and ensure the rapid delivery of systems and services.
