If the pen really is mightier than the sword, don’t get into a duel with Jim! He is an excellent wordsmith. Jim’s innate understanding audiences means that he can create an engaging tone of voice with ease. He can also adapt his writing to fit in with a myriad of different house styles. Jim is a top communicator and all-round good guy. He’s definitely someone I would want in a team.
