  Responsible for the management of 2 levels of design fulfilling customer orders. The first level is a template driven workflow which populates customer information. within a 24 hour delivery timeline to our print facility. A fast paced environment, exceptional people skills and the ability to make decisions on the spot are essential. The second level involves managing an advanced group of designers, ranging from logo design to complete branding of Business packages. Creative direction and technical knowledge of traditional graphic applications is a must.

  Responsible for the artistic direction and production of all direct mail related advertising material and sales support material. These responsibilities include the design of materials for soft and hard copy production, the coordination of printing and related production processes, vehicle quality control; the selection and development of a team of graphic artists and the management of outside suppliers. Working in partnership with Promotions, National Accounts, DFS, Marketing Managers and Contact Planning groups to achieve a balanced and timely production schedule and to ensure the delivery of a quality product.Additionally, the Director of Advertising controls and manages the associated DMA costs and works within established budgetary guidelines.
