  Designed and created an Asset/Liability model which models community bank balance sheets against various economic outcomes to expose risk to capital and earnings. This product is used by over 250 community banks in 14 states. I am a consultant for bankers and bank boards on risk management, economics and interest rate risk. I have built and utilize many proprietary economic and interest rate models which have been utilized by many institutions for the last 17 years. Beginning in 2016, I will be an economics/banking columnist for the Great Lakes Banker Magazine which serves an 8 state region of the US ranging from MN to NY. I am a frequent speaker for many association events such as the MBA in both Minnesota and Michigan, ABA, ICBSD and the Minnesota CPA's. I was a former faculty member at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. I have also been frequently interviewed on Fox 9 news as well as WCCO radio on subjects related to banking, economics and finance. I host an annual, all-day users conference that is regularly attended by 175 - 200 bankers from around the country. I currently mange two full-time employees. I have over 20 years experience in the banking / economic professions.
