I had the great pleasure of working with Jim at MASCO for two years. He worked extremely well with diverse groups including coworkers, subordinates, C-Suite colleagues, interagency colleagues, member institutions, and clients. He also worked seamlessly in different settings whether it was one-on-one, in groups, in meetings, or as the presenter. He is a clear and patient communicator as well as a very efficient problem solver. Anyone would be lucky to have Jim on their team.

James and I worked together at Umass Transit for over 4 years. He was always willing and able to show me the proper ways to do any of the multiple tasks of the certifications I acquired because he had already had the expertise and experience before me. He was also well informed in all policies regarding the company regulations, and state/federal laws. James is always prefoessional, has a great work ethic and shows strong job commitment.
