Jim is a Great Guy, and a good friend
Darryl Dukes, Jr.
I first met Gen. Muscatell, when he dropped by my recruiting office in D'Iberville, MS, just to check things out. I had locked up shop for lunch and was doing everything I could to get to my car when I saw a full bird Colonel step out of his car and walk towards me. I saluted and paid my respects, hoping to get out to lunch and then we began to chat. He asked questions about the area and office, about my recruiting zone and goals. Eventually, he looked at me and said, "You have no idea who I am, do you?". "No sir", I replied. "I am your new wing commander". My jaw almost hit the concrete. What disrespect had I shown? I hurried to give him the grand tour of the recruiting office and we became close right then, I believe. Gen. Muscatell has been a leader and mentor to me since day one. He led the 403D WG with enthusiasm and poise. He filled big shoes when he walked in and we were all sure the Air Force was prepping him to be a four star. I still think he should have been. He took a personal role in training personnel in leadership skills with many Franklin Covey courses. He boosted morale of the men and women and showed a personal interest in our lives as a commander should. Gen. Muscatell not only got to know me, but also my family on a personal level. You just don't see General's and Tech. Sergeant's network on a level like that. He always took the time to perform Oaths of Enlistments for me and you could tell it wasn't a burden, but an honor. He lives on the other side of the country now and is retired and I still have his phone number. I thank him for his service and the kind hearted care he's shown my family and I. I don't live in Washington, but I'd move their just for the opportunity to work for Gen. Muscatell again. If your under his leadership now or buying a house from him, consider yourself blessed to have met a good man and a great commander. Keesler misses you, sir. Come back soon for a visit.

PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
