We favor third-party-certified coffees in order to help guarantee a living wage for historically impoverished farmers. We celebrate the strong local character of Brooklyn and its rich coffee-roasting heritage. We have cafes in New York City, Brooklyn and Japan, and we ship our specialty coffees internationally. Our headquarters is in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, where we have a cupping lab and Q-grader employees to curate the most delicious coffee for our customers. We are serious, not snobby. Show less
