I have known Jim for many years and he is a man of extraordinary ingenuity and talent. Whilst Jim is very clear about his own ideas and solutions, his approach is always collaborative and inclusive ever seeking the optimum and most effective outcome to different scenarios and challenges. Jim exudes positivity and it is infectious for those working with him; as is his boundless mental and physical energy. Now that Jim is no longer in elected politics, I have no doubt he will enbark on another chapter in a highly successful career.
