Jim and I have now worked together for the last 3 years and simply put, he's an amazing Project Manager and Facilitator. At Simon Fraser University, he managed a very complex project that my team of consultants participated in and did so with grace, intelligence and dedication. He stayed calm while leading the large team through difficult and pressure-packed situations and navigated the tricky balance between stakeholder interests, sponsors' directions and, at times, junior resources. And all of this while managing a project and technology that he had no experience prior. I highly recommend him for future clients and engagements!
