Highlights, Prior Client Engagements: - For Metro Vancouver, led the requirements, RFP evaluation and selection, and implementation of a hosted solution for collecting and reporting energy consumption and GHG emissions - For UBC, led the implementation of a cloud-based ITSM solution used by over 300 staff to manage incidents and requests for approximately 35,000 faculty and staff, plus students. - For the BCTF, led the design and implementation of a new case management model, including new supporting technologies (workflow software) and interfaces.
