Having worked for Kwik-Fit since I was 17, I have progressed through the company in a variety of environments which has given me a very broad skill base. I started within the fast-fit centre network and after reaching Centre Manager level I then moved into Customer Services, the Training & Development team (gaining an assessment qualification), Operations Support and then onto my current Operations Manager role. My key skills are in developing and motivating people and problem solving.
