Whenever anyone called and asked "you have any good sign guys" I always sent Jim's contact and told them they'd thank me. Jim is so knowledgeable and clearly stays current with the myriad of new lighting systems (their pros and cons and their appropriate use for different spaces and heights and function) that he quite literally was able to teach me a lot about lighting systems and their use in retail properties. Always delivered on time or prior to deadline (I know right!) and shared good update photos while signs were installed. I'm particularly fond of the multiple signs (from so many perspectives) at the Whole Foods located at the Plymouth Meeting Mall exterior expansion. Jim actually took a day to have the Tenant Coordination Department visit the shop and explain the process of the signs being built. No better way for a space planner & sign reviewer (as TC, we reviewed and approved or disproved every new sign prior to installation within the shopping center/store opening) to learn, about storfront signage. Jim knows his stuff, I respect that and always valued his opinion and input (if he had better solution than plans called for, I was glad to hear it).
